Rotech x Udupp.

An editorial storefront for an oversized T-shirt collection, with product discovery built around color, fit and the brand story.

The project

A color-led digital home for a Kerala-rooted label

The challenge

Udupp's range is deliberately focused: one oversized silhouette expressed through distinctive garment-dyed colors. The site had to make those differences feel tangible online and give shoppers enough fit and product context to choose confidently.

What we built

We shaped the experience around the collection itself: colorway pages, product imagery, a size guide, a quick view and a persistent bag. Stories about the palette and Kerala roots sit alongside the shop. Prelaunch visitors can join a waitlist, with the supporting server-side integration represented in the project.

Project scope

  • 01Collection and individual colorway pages
  • 02Fit guidance, product gallery, quick view and cart interface
  • 03Editorial articles and prelaunch waitlist flow

The source storefront identifies the collection as prelaunch; this case study does not claim completed sales or a live checkout.

What can we build together?

A short call, an honest read on whether we are the right team, and a written plan if we are. No pitch deck.
