Rotating Technologies began with a pattern its founders kept running into: systems delivered on time, signed off, and then quietly abandoned six months later because nobody inside the business could maintain them. The code worked. The knowledge never transferred.

So we built the company around the opposite assumption: a system is only successful if the client’s own team can carry it forward. That shows up everywhere in how we work: decisions written down, documentation treated as a deliverable, pairing built into the plan, and a handover designed from the first week rather than improvised in the last.

Today the practice spans twelve disciplines from a base in the Jewellery & Gemplex, DMCC. We take on work across the GCC, Europe and Asia, and we still measure ourselves the same way: what happens to the system after we leave.
